E127, E128, and T126 responded to the intersection of Broadhead School Road and McClures Mill Road for a reported structure fire.  Upon arrival, found two story residence fully involved.  Had structural collapse as we arrived.  The home was under construction with nobody living in it at this time.  Recieved Assistance From South River, Middlebrook, and Stuarts Draft Fire Departments.  Fairfield Resuce and Stuarts Draft Rescue provided rehab to the firefighters.
