The Raphine Volunteer Fire Company has recieved our Advanced Life Support Certification for EMS response.  We are the first ROCKBRIDGE COUNTY fire department to obtain this certification.  We have two units that will be used for ALS non transport which is Brush 123 and Engine 127.  We will be able to have ALS procedures started before the rescue squad arrives and will be able to be called upon by surrounding agencies who are in need.  This is a great accomplishment for the Raphine Volunteer Fire Company and will be a great service to the community we serve.  Thanks to all who made it possible.
